The service and your decisions
Pairwise reviews selected Shopify products and linked product information to suggest possible complementary add-ons. AI-assisted preparation is subject to available service capacity. Suggestions or source matches may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review sources, products, variants, prices, availability and storefront presentation before publishing. Pairwise does not publish offers or enable theme placement without a merchant action. Product-page and cart-page placements are available; cart-drawer behavior depends on the theme and offer format.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Starter costs USD $20 per 30-day period and includes up to 500 eligible Online Store orders. The first period starts when Pairwise begins metering the shop; later periods follow their active trial or billing periods. Growth costs USD $49 per 30-day period with no order-volume cap. A seven-day trial applies only when Shopify presents it and you accept the subscription terms. Shopify's actual plan, trial, charge and consent screens control your subscription. Pairwise collects subscription payments through Shopify's billing flow.
Pausing or unpublishing offers does not cancel a subscription. Uninstalling Pairwise stops future recurring billing cycles under Shopify's app-uninstall guidance, though a current-cycle charge already generated may remain.
Pairwise will correct confirmed billing errors. Otherwise, Pairwise does not offer voluntary prorated refunds, except where applicable law or Shopify rules require them.

Acceptable use and ending access
Use Pairwise only for a Shopify shop you own or are authorized to administer, and only for lawful business purposes. You must have the rights needed to provide catalogue content and source links. Do not submit unrelated sensitive personal data, infringe another person's rights, disrupt the service, or bypass its security or usage limits. You remain responsible for reviewing suggestions and storefront claims before publication.
You may stop using Pairwise by uninstalling it through Shopify. Pairwise may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address a material security risk, unlawful use, a Shopify restriction or non-payment, with notice where lawful and practicable. Ending access does not change the deletion schedule in the privacy notice.
Warranty, liability and governing law
Pairwise will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Suggestions are not guaranteed to be complete, correct, compatible with every theme or to increase sales. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. Each party's aggregate liability under these terms is capped at Pairwise fees paid or payable in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where law prohibits them and do not exclude liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
These terms are governed by Latvian law, and the courts of Riga, Latvia have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights or venue rules that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive. Pairwise may change, be interrupted or be unavailable; no availability level or specific business result is promised.
